Authority
The 25th Carrom Eurocup will be organized and hosted by the UK Carrom Federation under the authority granted by European Carrom Confederation
Dates & Place
The event will be organized from 4th August 2023 to 6th August 2023 at the Brunel University in Uxbridge, West London All participants will arrive on 3rd August 2023 and depart on 7th August 2023.

Check-in information
All check-in will be done from 2:00 PM at the Netball Hall in the Sports Centre as this is closer to the living rooms in Gordon Hall.

Rules
The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the current Laws of Carrom adopted by ECC
Umpiring
As per the ECC conduct of tournaments, umpiring will be provided only for the final events. At all other rounds, players are encouraged to practice fair play and make the opponent aware of any fouls as soon as he/she notices it, before the striker is pushed off. In the unlikely event of any disputes, chief referee will be available and can be called upon for consultations.
Entries
Eligibility
We have a limit of 20 entries per country. In case of any federation sending more than this number, we will maintain a waiting list for the additional entries and let you know as soon as we are able to come to a decision. Entries can be sent only by the member organisations of the ECC. No individual players can directly send in their registration.
Each ECC member organisation is responsible to ensure that all entrants are residents of the particular country. Players participating in the Team event must hold passports of the country they represent.
All doubles partners must belong to the same country. In the rare situation that a country has an odd number of players, only one of the players can try to find a partner from a different country. None of the top ranking players can partner with any top ranking player from a different country. If they are unable to find a partner, they can let the hosting country know and they will try to help. One must bear in mind that this may not always be possible and can be accomodated only if another country has an odd number of players and has a missing partner.
Only European citizens may qualify for the title of European Champion. In case a non European citizen ranks in the top two positions, the final will be played between the first two qualifying players.

The entry fees include all of the following:
- Tournament fees
- 4 nights accommodation in individual ensuite rooms
- All meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner
- ECC fee
- Souvenir t-shirt

Dates for entries
- 31st March 2023: All participating countries to provide an estimated number of entries
- 30th April 2023: Full entry details to be submitted by all participating countries
